We offers you online payment gateway of Net banking & UPI options. However we reserves its right to add or delete any mode of payment without any prior notice.

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:.

  • Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
  • Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and your issuing bank, or
  • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
  • Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

All payments made against the purchases of products on Website by you shall be in Indian Rupees only. Website will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Website

You represent and confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to carry out a transaction on All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Order Placement:

You can place your order with us either on and choose any of our payment modes made available to you. Orders will be processed for shipment/delivery upon selection of your preferred delivery location, date and time and confirmation by us.

We may delay dispatch or cancel any transaction at its sole discretion, if we are suspicious of any Buyer's authenticity or activity or if the Buyer is conducting high transaction volumes, to ensure safety of the transaction. Buyer acknowledges that we will not be liable for any damages, interests, claims etc. resulting from not processing a transaction or any delay in processing a transaction which is beyond our control.

Replacement Policy

You will have to initiate a replacement within 12 hours from the time you received the order.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must share images of the product you have received. Your item needs to have proof of purchase (order no or snapshot of the order from the app/website indicating the items and date of purchase).

Once we have confirmed our purchase, we will begin the process of replacement for the item you are not satisfied with.

Your replacement will reach you with your next order delivery.

In case the customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they must initiate a replacement request of the same within 12 hours of receiving the order. 

Since the goods are perishable in nature, any replacement request after 6 hours of delivery will not be acceptable. No refund or replacement can be given for that particular order.


 Process of Replacement:

  1. Customer initiates a replacement request for particular veggies/fruits of an order within 12 hours of delivery ;
  2. Customer shares images of the veggies/fruits & proof of purchase ( Order No. or Snapshot of the order indicating the items & date of purchase from the app/website ) to the customer care email at or  or number 
  3. We reserve the right confirm or reject the request of replacement. 
  4. If found eligible, the veggies/fruits which were found unsatisfactory will be added to the next order


 Refunds can be requested if:

 Items are missing from your order

  1. Quality is not as per your expectation
  2. Order or item from the order is not delivered

 If your complain falls within the above 3 listed causes, we will refund the order amount or the item amount depending on the complaint.

 Your order/item needs to have proof of purchase (order no or snapshot of the order from the app/website indicating the items and date of purchase).

 Your refund will be initiated immediately once we have confirmed the purchase and established the cause of refund.

 We will immediately initiate the refunds from our end once we have established proof of purchase but each bank has a different duration to credit the refund amount. We would request you to check with your bank in case of any delays.

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

 Cancellation Policy 

 You can cancel your order fully or partially upto 24 hours prior to the delivery date by calling our customer service. In such a case we shall refund any payments already made by you for the order as per the prevailing Refund Policy, by also taking into account any expenses that would have already been taken by us.

Please contact us at or for cancellation or modification of your Order. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. Cancellation of Order can't be done/accepted on the day the products under your order is released for dispatch/ shipped out from our delivery location.
